Metrika offers a free tier with limited access (25 requests per 30 days) and a paid subscription for full access.

Subscribing
- Log in to your dashboard
- Click Subscriptions in the sidebar
- Click New subscription
- Complete checkout with Stripe (credit or debit card)
Your subscription activates immediately after successful payment.
Managing Your Subscription
From your dashboard’s Subscriptions page, you can:
- View your current plan and status
- Access the Stripe customer portal to update payment methods
- Download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Stripe Customer Portal
Click Manage in Stripe on the Subscriptions page to access the Stripe customer portal. There you can:
- Update your payment method
- View billing history
- Download past invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Canceling
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Subscriptions in your dashboard
- Click Manage in Stripe
- Cancel from the Stripe customer portal
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your access reverts to the free tier (25 requests per 30 days).
Reactivating
If you cancel and change your mind, start a new subscription from your dashboard before the current billing period ends to avoid interruption. After it ends, you can subscribe again — your account and data will be restored.
Invoices
Invoices are generated at the start of each billing period and are available through the Stripe customer portal. You will receive an email receipt from Stripe after each successful payment.
Payment Methods
Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — Metrika never stores or handles your card details.
