Refund Policy for Metrika

Metrika currently offers only a free plan. Paid subscriptions are planned but are not yet available. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations will work once paid plans are introduced.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
1. Discretionary Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion, taking into account the circumstances of the request and any applicable consumer protection laws.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the paid service, please contact our support team. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, consider a refund.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends, and the subscription will not renew.
No partial refunds are given for the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation.
3. Renewal Payments
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable but may be reviewed in exceptional circumstances.
4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with the email address used for your subscription and a brief reason for your request.
- We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for the refund to be processed by our payment provider.
- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Payment Provider
All payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record. The payment provider will handle payment processing, tax compliance where applicable, and refund processing. By purchasing a subscription, you will also agree to the payment provider's applicable terms and conditions.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
